My name is Dina Cooper. I am a paralegal with over twenty years experience in the legal forum, predominantly within the family law area.

 

I aim to offer expert advice and assistance on all aspects of family law and related issues.  I offer a personal, practical and cost effective approach.  I will provide you with step by step advice and support throughout your matter and will, if you require, draft any necessary legal documents. I work in a very different way to stuffy firms of solicitors. It is important to me that you feel at ease during this testing time. Meetings between us will be held in a relaxed and comfortable environment over a cup of coffee at a place of your choice or alternatively you may choose for us to deal with each other by telephone or e.mail if you have a busy hectic lifestyle.

 

The Legal system is rife with loopholes and trappings which are not clear to individuals.  The current options are to attempt to "do it yourself" and risk making costly errors, or to appoint a firm of solicitors at high cost.  I aim to offer the unique alternative of a pay as you go system.  You remain in control at all times.  I will either guide you through the legal trappings enabling you to conduct your own matter or alternatively I will conduct the matter on your behalf. The choice is yours.  Either way, you remain in control.

My expertise and  experience enables me to assist you throughout this difficult period and to make the process simple, clear and precise whilst keeping the cost down and allowing you to remain in control throughout without the legal trappings.  You decide on the level of assistance you require.  I work on a pay as you go basis so that you know where you stand at all times.

 

I live in the Warwickshire area and cover Warwickshire, Worcestershire, West Midlands and the Cotswolds.

 

I offer a completely unique service and aim to make the transition through divorce or separation as painless for you as possible and to ensure that you receive clear, concise advice and assistance.  I want you to have the choice to remain in control throughout your matter and to choose the level of assistance that you require whilst having the comfort that I am there to offer you support and guide you through the legal maze.
